Tree Stand
My wife and I went to Napa Valley, CA and the whole week it rained. I was thrilled because the greens were greener and you could feel the air! Around every corner was something spectacular! This stand of trees was just one of many amazing views from that week.

Swan Valley
A few years back we had a family reunion over in Swan Valley, ID. I think about it all the time because it was so beautiful there. This was one of those scenes that took my breath away and I have painted this area over and over.

Wide Canal

Salt and Pepper
After an little summer hiatus I am back with a painting of a gift from one of my studio mates. These are salt and pepper shakers shaped like globes. This was a fun challenge to take on. And they are fun to use!

This is the third of the fountain paintings. I like the palms and Cyprus’ in the background and the light standards. Plus the glaring light on a hot summer day.
