Hills In California
I painted this as a demo in a class I teach every Tuesday night here in Boise. It was done from a photo that one of my students, Robin, brought in. It demonstrates aerial perspective really well. And it is of the beautiful CA foothills, always a plus.

Behind the Dam
I used to teach art at the Women’s Prison in Frontera, CA. This was a view on the way to work. It took me about an hour to get out there and it was hard not to stop my car every few minutes to take a picture.
